- First wash the wheat and put the water into it for overnight. (kanak ko rat bhar bhigo de).
- In the morning boil the wheat.
- Karush (kadokas) the raw papaya.
- Cut the kheera into small pieces.
- Mix all wheat, kheera,papaya and grapes well and add lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
