Salad with Rajma recipe - How to make Salad with Rajma

To Be Mixed Together For The Salad
1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup grated raw papaya
1/2 apple , peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes

To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder

For The Garnish
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  1. Add the dressing to the salad and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with tomatoes.
