You can add boiled corn instead of sprouted moog dal and other vegetables as per your taste. You can also add salad oil, if desired.

Two medium sized cucumber
1 medicum size carrot
1 cup sprouted whole moong dal1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup paneer grated
- Cut cucumber in two each of them. peel the skin neatly and scoop our the centre portion neatly. chop a bit on the cone shape so that each half sits neatly on the plate. (ensure not to whole the bottom)
- Now grate carrot. combine grated coconut,carrot and moong dal sprout. add a dash of lime, salt, a pinch of chat malala. fill these in the cucumber cup and top it with paneer grated with a bit of carrot grates here and there. enjoy the heathy veg ice cream!!!
