An authentic and very easy to prepare sago pakoda recipe using soaked sago or sabudana, potatoes and green chilies. Also known as sabudaana vada, this snack tastes superb with coriander and tomato chutney. Go Relish!
- Soak the sago in the curds( if u want to make the pakoda in the evening soak in the morning itself).
- Add to the sago,rice flour,maida,onoin,green chilli pieces,red chilli powder,ginger,salt,geera,mix well with little water
- And add coriander leaves.
- Heat oil,deep fry.
