Sagi tikkies is an innovative tikki or cutlet recipe with sago or sabudaana as fillings. Shape the tikkis in any desired way and deep fry the tikkies to a crispy delicious finish. Relish with green chutney or chilli sauce. Share your sago recipe, tikki recipe online.
- Sqeeze out the water from the sago and add all the inredients except oil and mix well .
- Take small portions and shape into balls and press with your palms to flatten them.
- Deep fry the tikkies and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
