Saffron Ice Tea

Saffron and cardamom combined with tea gives refreshing and cooling effect during these hot afternoons...
- In a vessel, boil 300 ml water till bubbles formed.
- Add the tea leaves, sugar, saffron strands, cardamom powder to it and remove from the flame and cover and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- To serve, put ice cubes in a glass, pour the mixture and garnish with almond slivers.
- Serve chilled.
