Sabudana lassi recipe - How to make Sabudana lassi

1/2 cup sabudana,2 cups chilled buttermilk, a pinch of hing,1 hari mirch cut into very tiny bits, salt according to taste, , few curry leaves,For the chownk little oil, mustard seeds

  1. Soak sabudana for a few hours.
  2. Take a broad pan and boil sabudana in loads of water till tender and soft, transparent.
  3. Drain exess water.
  4. Leave it to cool.
  5. Mix sabudana with buttermilk
  6. Add hing, salt, curry leaves, hari mirch.
  7. Prepare the chownk with oil and mustard seeds
  8. Pour over chilled buttermilk mixture
  9. Top with ice cubes
  10. Serve chilled
