1 medium sized cauliflower
6 green chillies
5 gms ginger (adrak)
salt, turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tbsp oil
mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal,urad dal, curry leaf for seasoning

  1. Cut cauliflower into medium size florets.
  2. Place them in a microwavable container and sprinkle little water
  3. Microwave for 10 mts
  4. Grind green chillies and ginger.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning with chana dal,urad dal, jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaf and turmeric powder.
  6. Add chilly and ginger paste
  7. Add the cauliflower florets.
  8. Cook on low heat for 1 minute and sprinkle salt as per taste.
