Rotla recipe - How to make Rotla
Cooking Time: Total Time:
3-4 left over chappatties broken into pieces
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomatoe chopped1 tsp oil
1 tspn dhania/ jeera powder
1/2 rye & Jeera
chpped greens of spring onions
tspn chilli powder salt to taste
3 cups water
- Heat oil and add rye jeera. when they burst add the onions and tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes. add chilli powder, haldi and dhania jeera powder.mix well. add water and salt and bring to a boil. add chappaties and mix. allow to cook for 2 minutes and then serve hot with spring onion garnish
