Roti Ladoos recipe - How to make Roti Ladoos

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 to 5 chapatis
2 tbsp melted ghee
1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur)
  1. Break the chapatis into small pieces.
  2. Add the ghee and jaggery and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small laddoos using your palms.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
