Roti chaat is a snack which can be eaten between the meals. Lip smacking chaat item which will be loved by old and youngs. Very easy to prepare as it is made out of daily common ingredients.

Ingredients
2 rotis
1 onion , chopped
1 small tomato , chopped
1 small potato , boiled and mashed
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) ki chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds powder
salt to taste

For Garnishing
1/2 cup nylon sev
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
  1. Heat a tava and roast the rotis till they become hard like khakras.
  2. Crush the rotis in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with coriander and sev.
