Rosti Potato recipe - How to make Rosti Potato


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

400 gms boiled , peeled and grated potatoes
200 gms boiled sweet corn kernels or fresh green peas
2 cubes pizza cheese
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp coriander (dhania)
3 tbsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder powder to taste
1 recipe white sauce
  1. Combine potatoes,coriander, salt,pepper, green chillies and mix well.
  2. Shape it into tikki and place peas or con on the top.
  3. Heat the little oil in a pan, and shallow fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown in colour.
  4. Arrange tikkis in an ovenproof dish leaving 1 inch space in between.
  5. Spread white sauce and ketchup. Top with cheese and peas or corn.
  6. Grill in hot oven for 10 min at 200 degrees.
  7. Serve hot.
