For The Spread
2 capsicum , chopped
1 carrot , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 tomato , chopped
4 to 6 garlic (lehsun) cloves , chopped
2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup chopped basil
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1/4 cup boiled , peeled and sliced potatoes
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/4 cup sliced kiwi
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp chopped spring onions
4 slices bread
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

To Garnish
roasted papad

To Serve
fresh kiwi juice

  1. Heat a tava, add all the ingredients and roast till they turn golden brown.
  2. Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Transfer in a bowl and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Add the potatoes to the paste, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Roast the bread slices in olive oil on tava untill crisp.
  3. Place them on dry surface and apply paste on it.
  4. Place the potatoe slices, cucumber and kiwi slice on it and sprinkle some spring onions, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover with another bread slice and serve hot.
  6. Garnish with papads and serve with fresh kiwi juice.
