Accompaniments have the power to make or break a meal. Even a simple meal can sometimes appear exotic and grand if coupled with the right accompaniments !
Roasted Pumpkin and Garlic has the ability to work such magic on your meal. Quite easy to make, this yummy accompaniment features marinated and oven-roasted red pumpkin cubes, with the light but unmistakeable flavour of garlic.
It is difficult to believe but true that this extremely tasty recipe uses just five common ingredients! So easy it is that you will want to try it right away without a second thought.
You can also have a go at other accompaniments like the Spicy Cheese and Herb Potato Wedges or Pumpkin Raita .
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Put an aluminuim foil inside the baking tray and put the marinated pumpkin evenly all over.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
