Ingredients
Method
  1. Remove the stem and slit the green chillies lengthwise using a sharp knife.
  2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan , add the green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the coriander-cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt, mix well cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  4. Serve hot.

This is a classic and we have these roasted chillies often at home. Spicy and and salty and yet not too spicy. Goes well with even a nice simple paratha.
