An excellent starter, light meal or main-course accompaniment.
- Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan, add the corn and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the flame and transfer the corn in a large bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
