Roasted Corn and Kiwifruit Salad recipe - How to make Roasted Corn and Kiwifruit Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
250 gms sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 small onion , sliced
3 to 4 green kiwi , peeled and chopped
1 red capsicum , chopped
1 slit green chilli , chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup canned pinto beans, drained
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan, add the corn and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from the flame and transfer the corn in a large bowl.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
