Rice delight recipe - How to make Rice delight
Cooking Time: Total Time:
Leftover cooked rice- 2 cups
Gram flour (Besan) -3/4ths cup
Grated coconut- 2 tbs
Green Chillies chopped- 2 nos
Coriander leaves chopped -2 tbs
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp salt to taste
Cooking Oil -2 tbsp
- Take left over rice in a bowl and add besan, coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves and mix well. take some oil in a kadai and garnish with mustard seeds, green chillies, turmeric powder and add to the above mixture add asafoetida powder, chilli powder and salt knead well. make into 8 round sized balls and put in a cooker without the weight and
- Now the delightful dish is ready to be served.
