A spicy vegetable preparation served with rice..
Method- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and the vegetables, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the rice, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
