Rice and Moong Dal Steamed Balls recipe - How to make Rice and Moong Dal Steamed Balls

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 18 to 20 pieces

  1. Boil 13/4 cup water with moong dal for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the salt and rice semolina and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  3. Add coconut and mix it well.
  4. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Make round balls with this mixture and place it in greased steam plates.
  6. Steam it for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
