Hot snack in 10 minutes. Here this recipe is made using Mexican combinations of spices and vegetables.
- Soak rice vermicelli in hot boiling water with salt and little oil add to it, for 5 minutes. drain and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil, add the carom seeds, onions, garlic and saute. Add capsicum, corn and tomatoes, saute for 2 minutes and add the seasonings and mix well.
- Add the vermicelli and mix well.
- Serve fresh .
