  1. Soak rice vermicelli in hot boiling water with salt and little oil add to it, for 5 minutes. drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat olive oil, add the carom seeds, onions, garlic and saute. Add capsicum, corn and tomatoes, saute for 2 minutes and add the seasonings and mix well.
  3. Add the vermicelli and mix well.
  4. Serve fresh .
