Rice Salad, a colourful, wholesome and filling salad that is flavourful and delicious! Roasted cashewnuts adds a crunch and special touch to this dish.
- Combine all the ingredients in bowl, toss well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, combine the salad and dressing and toss well.
- Serve chilled garnished with cashews.
