This raita can be consumed with stuff parathas, plain parathas or as it is as light meal with baked chips. It nourishes us with calcium, carbohydrates and fiber. It is simple and complete light food.
- Combine the curds, rice and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve fresh or refrigerate it for an hour and then serve chilled garnished with cumin seeds powder and pepper powder.
