Add salt, sugar and spiciness to your taste.
do not use hot fresh rice in this pakora.
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl
- Heat the oil and pour the batter of rice with the spoon in the oil
- Deep fry until golden brown
- Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
