Rice Milk Rolls recipe - How to make Rice Milk Rolls


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

1 cup par boiled rice
1/2 cup grated coconut
salt to taste
250 ml milk
  1. Blend the rice in a mixer to a thick paste.
  2. Add the salt and coconut and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into small round rolls and keep aside.
  4. Boil equal amount of water and milk in a deep pan.
  5. Add 5 to 6 rolls in one time. and cook till the rolls get boiled, they start floating.
  6. Servo hot with the water-milk mixture.
