Ingredients

1 cup rice (chawal)
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
salt to taste
3/4 cup water
Method

  1. Soak the rice in night.
  2. Drain the water from the rice,add the other ingredents and make a thick batter.
  3. Grease a hot tava, & pour the dosa mix on to the hot tava and place the lid for a second and then remove.
  4. Serve hot with chatnipudi or with coconut chutney.
