A dosa which you can rustle up whenever your guests drop in. A quicker version of the traditional Neer Dosa.
- Soak the rice in night.
- Drain the water from the rice,add the other ingredents and make a thick batter.
- Grease a hot tava, & pour the dosa mix on to the hot tava and place the lid for a second and then remove.
- Serve hot with chatnipudi or with coconut chutney.
