Method

  1. Take the left over rice in a bowl
  2. Add boiled corn kennels
  3. Salt,red chilly powder,haldi,garam masala to it
  4. Grind green chilly and garlic and add the paste to the mixture
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Add besan
  7. Mix the dough well and make small oval rolls
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls till deep brown.
  9. Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
