Rhabdomancy is a delicious and creamy mix of cheese, yogurt, celery and spring onion sprinkled with chaat masala and chilli flakes. A perfect cocktail snack to be served with french fries or potato chips.

Ingredients

1/3 cup curds (dahi) or yogurt (fat or nonfat)
1 tsp cheese spread (plain or garlic)
1 spring onion
1 tsp finely chopped celery (optional)
1 pinch of dry red chilli flakes (paprika) (optional)
1 pinch of dried oregano (optional)
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 pinch of freshly grounded black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) and mint leaves (phudina) for garnish
Method

  1. Chop all ingredients finely.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the chilliflakesand the garnish.
  3. Pour it into the serving bowl and chill for 5 mins.
  4. When serving sprinkle the chilli flakes and chopped garnish.
  5. Serve with snakes like potato wafers, frenchfries, salted biscuits, etc. they addthe puch to cocktails and booze parties.
