This was a little difficult to roll.But I kneaded this atta very nicely so the rolling became easier..Good to make once in a while..

This is a Gluten free recipe and forms a nice thick roti or paratha with a distinct taste of maize. Corn is a bit high on the glycemic index and hence eat in moderation.
