  1. Mix water, besan,curd, salt and tumeric powder well.
  2. Boil this mixture to 2-3 boils. keep it aside.
  3. Heat ghee. add coriander seeds and chillies.
  4. Add it to the mixture nd immediately cover the mixutre.
  5. Rehroo is ready.
  6. Serve it hot.
