Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1 cup shelled and boiled green peas
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1 sweet potato (shakarkand), cut into 1" cubes
pomogranate seeds (anardana) of 1 pomogranate
2 tsp chaat masala or to taste
1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp tamarind (imli) water
1 tsp powdered sugar (or bura)
salt to taste
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak) julliennes
Green Chutney
1 bunch of coriander (dhania)
1 bunch mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
1 small raw mango
2 green chillies
1tsp. sabut jeera
1tbsp. curd
1tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2tsp.lemon juice
1tsp.sugar
Method

  1. Green chutney
  2. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder for instant chutney.
  3. Chaat
  4. 1.deep fry potatoes to a golden brown colour.
  5. 2.mix all the ingredients like.peas,boiled corn,sweet potato,anar,chaat masala,lemon,chutney,imli water,powdered sugar& salt to taste.
  6. 3.toss gently &put some thin ginger sticks on top to serve dilkhush chaat.
