Red Velvet recipe - How to make Red Velvet

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 serving

1 cup blanched tomato pulp
2 cups apple puree
salt to taste
4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
4 tsp finely chopped basil

To Garnish
grated cheese
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
