A colourful salad that is difficult to resist. The orange and lemon dressing adds a cooling and refreshing flavour which also increases the vitamin c content of the salad. Feel free to choose any combination of crunchy vegetables you like.
- Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate.
- Add the dressing to the salad just before serving and toss well.
- Serve chilled.
