These laddoos are very simple n easy to make,we can make it easily.It is not essential to know much about cookery,u can make it very easily.

Rawa and Mawa Laddoos recipe - How to make Rawa and Mawa Laddoos

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

400 gms semolina (rava)
500 gms mava (khoya)
500 gms brown sugar
200 gms dessicated coconut
1 tsp powdered cardamoms
1/2 cup mixed nuts
dessicated coconut for rolling
a few drops red food color
  1. Combine the semolina and khoya in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  2. While still warm, rub the mixture using your palms so that no lumps remain.
  3. When completely cols, add the sugar,coconut and nuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into small laddoos and roll them in coconut.
  5. Apply the dot of red color .
  6. Serve.
