Rawa Roti recipe - How to make Rawa Roti

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 6 rotis

3 cups semolina (rava)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
3 to 4 green chillies , chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
ghee for cooking
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 2 cups of water and mix well to make a smooth batter pf pouring consistency.
  2. Heat non-stick tawa and pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it evenly.
  3. Cook theorit using little ghee till it turns crisp and golden brown from both the sides.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more such rotis.
  5. Serve hot.
