Its very easy and prepares in jiffy.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 2 cups of water and mix well to make a smooth batter pf pouring consistency.
- Heat non-stick tawa and pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Cook theorit using little ghee till it turns crisp and golden brown from both the sides.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more such rotis.
- Serve hot.
