Ingredients

1 cup semolina (rava)
1 tbsp ghee /dalda
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pineapple essence
a pinch of yellow colour
mixed nuts
Method

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry rawa in it for 4-5 mins. it should not turn brown.
  2. Pour 2 cups water over the fry rawa and add sugar,pineapple essence & color to it.
  3. Keep for 4 mins on low flame
  4. Prepare a greased tray or thali and put this mixture over it.
  5. Cut in to square pieces
  6. Garnish with dry fruits
