Raw Papaya Pakoda

Raw papaya goes well with chanadal flour.
- Apply ginger chilly paste to papaya slices and keep aside for some time.
- Heat the oil in kadhai.
- Combine all the batter ingredients into a deep bowl and make a smooth flow semi thick batter.
- Take marinated papaya pieces, dip into batter and deep fry it it until brownish.
- Serve it garnish with chilies, chutney and tea.
