Raw Mango Pakoda recipe - How to make Raw Mango Pakoda

1/2 cup grated raw mangoes
1/4 cup grated potatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
salt to taste
oil to fry
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding water to make a thick batter.
  2. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry small pakodas.
  4. Serve hot with Tabasco sauce
