Raw Breakfast Parfait with Milk recipe - How to make Raw Breakfast Parfait with Milk

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp grated apple
1 tbsp sliced almonds (badam)
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tbsp chopped apricots (kummani / jardalu)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp mace (javantri) powder
1 cup cashewnut milk
1 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method
    Method
  1. In a jar add and layer the oats, apple, almonds, apricots and top with cacao nibs.
  2. Then place cashew milk, milk powder and pumpkin seeds into a blender and blend for one minute.
  3. Pour the milk over the dry ingredients and enjoy.
