Raw Banana Halwa recipe - How to make Raw Banana Halwa

5 raw bananas
150 gms ghee
2 cups sugar
  1. Heat a deep bowl pan with 2 cups of water, add the bananas and boil it for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool, peel and blend till smooth.
  3. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the banana and saute till cooked or for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sugar, mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
