Raw Banana Halwa

This is very healthy when compared to wheat halwa
- Heat a deep bowl pan with 2 cups of water, add the bananas and boil it for 10 minutes.
- Cool, peel and blend till smooth.
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the banana and saute till cooked or for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sugar, mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
