A delicious crunchy snack. . .
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into 2" diameter tikkis.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each tikki till golden brown in colour from the sides.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
