Rava moong idli is a nice variation to the authentic South Indian rice and urad dal based idli recipe which is served with sambhar and coconut chutney as breakfast or snack. The idli is made from a batter comprising of ground moong dal, rice flour and rawa and then steamed into soft, spongy and delicious idlis.
- Soak for 1 hour rava and moong dal in water .
- Grind in mixture the rava and moong dal with little water,salt and curd.
- Mix the soda in the above paste of idli after taking out from grinder.
- Cook the above mixtuer in idli cooker and serve within 5 minutes
