The idea poped into my mind when i was alone at home and i was planning to make something sweet and simple with the simplest ingredients.

Rava Kheer recipe - How to make Rava Kheer

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

50 gms semolina (rava)
500 ml milk
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/2 banana
2 tbsp sugar
ghee for frying
  1. Heat some ghee in a pan, add the semolina and saute till it turns golden brow.
  2. Sprinkle cardamom powder, add sugar and mix well.
  3. Pour milk in the mixture and keep stirring.
  4. Boil the mixture for 5 mins.
  5. After cooling it add chopped banana.
  6. Serve chilled.
