This is a readymade recipe and can be made instantly.
- Grind corriander leaves,chillies and ginger
- Grate cabbage and carrots
- Add the cabbage and carrots and the ginger corriander paste to the semolina
- Add some water, curd and salt to make a batter
- Spread this on the tava roast it with oil
- Serve hot with chutney
