This is a simple crunchy salad with lots of vitamins and suitable for all kinds of people.

Rajma Salad recipe - How to make Rajma Salad

1 cup rajma (kidney beans) (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun) , (crushed into a paste)
1 small tomatoes, finely chopped
salt to taste
1 green chilli, chopped
3 to 4 tsp vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice

  1. In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Toss just before serving.
