This is a simple crunchy salad with lots of vitamins and suitable for all kinds of people.
- In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice.
- Pour the vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Toss just before serving.
