This is a simple and fast way of making rajmah and its healthy and tasty too.
- Soak rajma for atleast 12hrs overnight. pressure cook with turmeric and salt.
- Take a pan add ghee saute with onion, ginger & garlic paste until raw smell goes, add to it the tomatoes, fry for sometime. cool it and grind it with coriander powder and garam masala into a paste.
- Add to the paste the beans with water and then cook it with salt and sugar, until it becomes a gravy. garnish with coriander leaves.
- Served with hot rice or phulkas
