Raita Swanjana De Phool recipe - How to make Raita Swanjana De Phool



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup boiled swanjana ke phool
2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cumin roasted powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) roasted powder
1 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)
2 green chilies cut finely
salt to taste
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  1. Boil cleaned flowers of swanjana in a little water till soft.
  2. Drain, squeeze water, and keep aside cool.
  3. Roast andcrush the seeds together coarsely.
  4. Beat curds and milk together till smooth.
  5. Add all ingredients including flowers of swanjana (drum stick flower) and powders
  6. Mix well sprinkle some roasted powder and black pepper powder for looks
  7. And chill for an hour before serving.
