Rainbow delight presents a delightful chaat or cutlet recipe with mashed potatoes mixed in parts with grated carrots,green colour and then coated in cornflakes before deep frying.
- Boil peel and mash the potatoes.
- Add salt ginger garlic and chilli paste,salt ,garam masala,bread and mix well.divide it in to 3 portions.to one portion add grated carrot and to the other add green colour.
- Flatten each portion and keep one over the other.carrot on top ,next colour less and green at the bottom.cut them in to bite size blocks ,roll in corn flakes powder or bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with sauce.
