Ragi Chilka recipe - How to make Ragi Chilka

  1. Mix ragi flour, onion, tomato, chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water into the mixture so that the mixture becomes a smooth batter.
  3. Take one big spoon of the batter and spread it over tava and spread the ghee to all the sides.
  4. Cook on a slow flame till it is cook from both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
