curds 1 cup salt to taste
for seasoning - oil, mustard, khari leaves, pinch asofoetida
- Scrape the outer skin of raddish. now scrape the raddish and add to the raitha along with salt. mix well. season with mustard, khari leaves, asofoetida and add to the raitha
