Quick sweetie pie is a lip smacking pie recipe with Maxwell House coffee mixed with caramel sauce drizzled over the pie. The cheesecake pie has a delectable combination of cream cheese, eggs, sugar and is garnished with fresh raspberry and chocolate leaves. Simply divine!
- Boil 2 cups milk.
- Add sugar, and boil for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from flame and keep aside.
- Dip the rusk pieces one by one into the milk and place on the serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and crushed cardamom.
- Cool and serve.
